El paradigma de la globalización trae entre sus diversas variables la democratización del conocimiento y la posibilidad de exponerlo al mundo por medio de las tecnologías asociadas a la comunicación. La nueva esfera pública exige creatividad y capacidad de respuesta en tiempo real con el agregado que lo dicho sea lo suficientemente preciso y digerible para que audiencias muy diversas puedan entenderlo en una foto, en poco más de 250 caracteres o 40 segundos de video.
La épica venezolana de próceres independentistas, de grandes batallas para liberar a los pueblos de la América ofrece el marco (estructural) para cimentar el andamiaje comunicacional de líderes políticos desde el mas extremo chavismo hasta la mas extrema oposición. Para los entendidos, sensación de origen y en el mismo relato sensación de destino, dicho en otros términos, tenemos la herencia (origen) de nuestros libertadores y estamos destinados a liberar a Venezuela del chavismo o del imperio según sea el gusto de cada uno.
De allí en adelante se originan un sinfín de narrativas que no voy a analizar aquí, mas bien, lo que pretendo es hacer entender como hasta el momento la épica ha sido utilizada con mayor eficiencia por el chavismo que por la oposición venezolana. Es decir, hasta finales del 2018 la competencia estuvo definida por la simplificación binaria grandes/pequeños y no tengo (ni quiero) explicar quien era percibido como el más grande.
A partir de enero los “grandes” de la oposición política resuelven mantener el acuerdo de representatividad y alternabilidad en la Asamblea Nacional -como debe ser- para que la organización política voluntad popular encabezara el periodo 2019/20. Sorpresa, emerge del seno de esta organización un millenial que por sus características parece tener una perspectiva distinta de la política venezolana, no se asume como grande y tampoco visualiza en estos términos al adversario.
Plantea una dinámica de movimientos tácticos muy rápidos que a mi modo de entender tiene desconcertados a los “grandes” del chavismo y de oposición, en los últimos 15 días Juan Guaidó replanteó el conflicto político/institucional con una escalada bien definida en una estrategia simple: declaración de la usurpación del cargo, gobierno de transición y elecciones libres.
Una estrategia que se aleja de los errores cometidos por las directivas de 2015: te sacamos en 6 meses; 2016: abandono del cargo; 2017: plebiscito, y 2018: sin nada relevante que decir. Porque plantea la escalada de conflicto institucional con un elemento orgánico conocido como #CabildoAbierto para que los partidos se encarguen de la organización en cada rincón del país.
Inciso necesario:
En la práctica, puede evidenciarse (aunque los grandes de oposición no lo reconozcan) que la estrategia contempla elementos que han sido objeto de discusiones interminables entre los factores de oposición. De un extremo a otro, la exdiputada María Corina Machado dueña de la fuerza y el quiebre, vio sus expectativas representadas en la declaratoria de usurpación del cargo aprobada por unanimidad en la Asamblea Nacional, no es cuento la aprobaron por UNANIMIDAD. A la par el instrumento jurídico/político conocido como #CabildoAbierto ofrece a quienes aspiran una salida pacífica, electoral y constitucional, base de la propuesta de Henri Falcón, la posibilidad de acoplarse en el trabajo orgánico que serviría de base para el tercer elemento de la estrategia que necesita de una negociación franca y abierta para convertirlo en una realidad: elecciones libres.
En la primera semana al frente del Hemiciclo, Juan Guaidó dirigió el primer elemento de la estrategia declarando la usurpación del cargo de presidente junto a un acuerdo de amnistía que ofrece incentivos muy atractivos para funcionarios civiles, policiales y militares que desobedezcan las ordenes de maduro (en minúscula) y contribuyan al restablecimiento del orden constitucional, también, comenzó el desarrollo del componente orgánico #CabildoAbierto junto a otros jóvenes con mucha representatividad en la gran Caracas, entre los que figuran Miguel Pizarro, José Manuel Olivares, Stalin González, entre otros, haciendo apariciones muy puntuales, dirigidas al formato de las redes sociales.
En la segunda semana al frente del Hemiciclo, dirigió los escenarios que se desprendían como consecuencia de atacar a maduro (en minúscula otra vez) institucionalmente, obligando al “gran” TSJ a reeditar una sentencia del 2017 que dictamino la ilegalidad de las actuaciones de la Asamblea Nacional (previsible). Continuo su accionar desconociendo las actuaciones del poder judicial al tiempo que convoca a los venezolanos a movilizarse el #23deEnero.
El resultado de los esfuerzos conjuntos de las organizaciones políticas a lo largo y ancho del país en los #CabildosAbiertos junto al liderazgo (no tradicional) de Juan Guaidó lograron mostrarle al mundo la manifestación mas grande en la historia venezolana, hasta ahora, no tengo registro de un centro poblado grande o pequeño que no se haya movilizado el #23DeEnero, sin contar las manifestaciones de apoyo en un numero que alcanza centenas de países en el mundo.
Es una matriz sociopolítica muy espontanea, no articulada pero definitivamente robusta que se encuadra perfectamente con la estrategia político/electoral de la oposición política en 2015 para ganar la Asamblea Nacional por medio del VOTO. Si! Del voto popular con el CNE malo maluco y todo el veneno que quieran soltar. Porque hay que decir, que la espontaneidad ha sido efectiva frente al chavismo cuando desemboca en elecciones, en otros contextos la espontaneidad se pierde frente a las caras de la estrategia legal/institucional del totalitarismo del siglo XXI. Antes que empiecen a buscar excusas me permito recordarles que es parte de la estrategia, en todo caso no me reclamen a mí, se lo reclaman a Guaidó.
El #23DeEnero definió el carácter de quien tenia una estrategia definida y un esquema táctico hecho en la era de la comunicación asociada a la tecnología, un rápido entre lentos que ha demostrado alta efectividad en la opinión pública y reconocimiento de varias decenas de países de la comunidad internacional. Hay quien pudiera decirme que la situación económica del país lo ayuda, y le diría: totalmente, pero también le diría que la política es antropomórfica, necesita una cara que la represente y en medio de la difícil situación ninguno de los grandes pero lentos políticos de la cuarta y de la quinta ha logrado movilizar a los venezolanos de la manera que este pequeño pero rápido venezolano ha logrado.
Las implicaciones de la jura en el cargo de presidente aún están por verse, es una pelea de pulso que deje entrever una negociación en ciernes que puede devenir en una salida política en 2019 ahondaré en otro artículo sobre esos elementos. La única acotación que debo hacer por el momento tiene referencia al discurso anclado en la libertad, se muy bien que los valores trascendentales son un muy buen catalizador de los afectos entre los seres humanos, recomiendo ver con detenimiento las entrevistas que han hecho diversas fuentes de información a venezolanos en las zonas más populares del país y lo que aparece en sus palabras tiene que ver con el derecho de vivir y comer con dignidad. En conclusión, la lucha por la dignidad de cada venezolano nos hará libres.
